The operations of the Company are directed by a lean and highly efficient management structure that ensure greater cohesion and clearly defined lines of authority and responsibilities. The management team is headed by Alex Oppong-Baffoe, a very seasoned professional with over twenty years construction experience in Ghana and the United Kingdom both as a construction consultant and constructor. He began his career in the construction industry in Ghana in 1992 and has been involved in the delivery of several major construction projects both locally and abroad. Alex is a highly motivated and excellent manager and business leader with vast experience in the formation and management of various teams.
